Please read this form carefully and complete all the fields.
In addition to filling out this application form, you need to complete a volunteer interview, statement of confidentiality, and two personal reference checks.
Moreover, volunteers at federal institutions need to complete Correctional Services Canada (CSC) application forms, fingerprinting, and CSC training. Volunteers at provincial institutions need to complete a Criminal Record Check and prison orientation.
Volunteers in our No One Leaves Alone (NOLA) community reintegration program will need to watch a 45-minute video and complete a short test. After you successfully complete the volunteer application process, we will send you a link to the video and test.
